About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a temporary
administrative Assistant (2). This position supports clerical, document preparation and is ideal
for candidates looking to gain experience in a professional environment while contributing to
short-term goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, scanning/faxing, correspondence with professionalism, and any other task giving

  • Support team members with administrative and operational duties

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation 

  •  Follow company policies and procedures, including confidentiality standards 

  • Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and with attention to detail

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)

  • Prior experience in is a plus but not required

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, Familiarity with Taxdome, Tax Slayer and MS office
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
