About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a temporary
administrative Assistant (2). This position supports clerical, document preparation and is ideal
for candidates looking to gain experience in a professional environment while contributing to
short-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, emails, scanning/faxing, correspondence with professionalism, and any other task giving
Support team members with administrative and operational duties
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Follow company policies and procedures, including confidentiality standards
Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and with attention to detail
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
Prior experience in is a plus but not required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Spanish and English, Familiarity with Taxdome, Tax Slayer and MS office
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
